Minecraft Map Room Achievement Not Working

I m currently on a mission to get every trophy on minecraft.

Minecraft map room achievement not working.

Create 8 or 9 maps this varies as to whether or not you lose your first spawned map and a three by three grid of item portraits on a wall somewhere. In other words not receiving the map room achievement could either be related to using maps with indicators or rotating after placing in the item frame square. I ve already made one 3x3 item frame wall with 9 level 0 maps placed in the correct spots. It is worth 40 points and can be received for.

I tried the achievement but it s not working and don t. Smallest map you can make on easy survival. I ve tried multiple times to check for any spots i might have missed with no luck. I use locator maps because i heard non locator maps don t work.

Note regarding map rotation in releases prior to 1 2 15 a bug caused the sky to rotate from north to south and the sun to rise in the north.
