Mini Cooper Passenger Door Won T Open With Central Locking

This 2004 mini cooper came to me with a central locking fault and this is a video of what i found.

Pull the interior handle once to see if it unlocks the door. 1st wind the glass down and turn the key in the driver door twice in clockwise direction to lock at the sound of the second click try try opening the door thru the window passenger manually.
